Rock's Tree Farm Planning 2008 - D. Slattery

The trip will be from February 14-16. There are a few things I would like to note prior to the next meeting:
•      You will NOT be allowed on the trip if your boots are not rated at or below -40 degrees. I am not asking you to go out and buy new boots, but if you can find someone else with boots in the same size that will work just fine.
a.    Just a reminder, part of the challenge of this trip is staying in the cold weather from the time we arrive until we leave Sunday morning. While we have access to warm bathrooms we will not be living in them. The Nature Center is for emergencies…not socializing. After all it is a Wood Duck trip.
•     The trip is closed - no last minute entries – see the list below.
·         Permission slip is due by Thursday 12th – we will send that separately.

Food –
We will be doing one night of foil meals.
Because of the weather one group meal will be done. We will do beef stroganoff – everyone liked it last year.
Bring food for the drive up Saturday, lunch Sunday, and snacks.

The current list of people going is:
1.    David Slattery
2.    Jim Slattery
3.    Alex Jagielski
4.    Caroline Jagielski
5.    Morgan McMahon
6.    Ben Weidman
7.    Zach Clark
8.    Allison Clark
9.    Amos Talbot
10.   Andrew McCloskey
11.   Dylan VanSteenbergen
12.   Barry VanSteenbergen

Sincerely,
David Slattery
