3.      ANNOUNCEMENTS

A.        MEMORIAL DAY PARADE – Those marching with Troop 474 are to meet in front of Town Hall by 9:15. Dress sharp Class A

The Memorial Day Parade in Guilford will be held on May 31 at 10 a.m. All marching units should meet in front of the town hall at 9:15 a.m. The parade route will start at the corner of Park and Boston Streets then proceed down Boston Street to Alderbrook Cemetery for a brief ceremony. Marching units will return to the Guilford Green via Boston Street for the main ceremony.

 

Following the parade there will be an Old-fashioned picnic at the Medad Stone Tavern on Three Mile Course, sponsored by the Guilford Keeping society and the Guilford Food Center. There will be food, games, crafts, music, animals and entertainment

B.        5/22 25 Mile Bike ride from Mr. Town’s house to Hammonasset Point and back was a success. Dan Acampora, Michael Mayor & Dominic Casinelli were cycling animals.  

C.        May 27th & June 3rd meetings will be at Pecoraro House to lash Strawberry Social Tower and Gate.

D.        Camp Sikorsky – See Mr McCloskey& Mr. Clark (Clark, Casinelli, McCloskey, are locked in with McG & Heine as alternates

E.        TROOP GUIDES ACTION ITEM -  Work with your assigned patrols

F.          Jonathon D - 18th Birthday is in September…his project is on track

G.        Camp Yawgoog 7/4 - 11 see Mr. Terwilliger/McCloskey
